Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026
Using Pulse
Pulse is operated by Nathan Norman personally. These terms apply to individuals and businesses using Pulse. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to agree on its behalf. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
Contact support@mypulsemonitoring.com for support, billing, or questions about these terms.
Your account and connected websites
Keep your account and credentials secure. Only monitor websites and connect services you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your account permissions, submitted content, and changes you make to websites. Do not bypass access controls, disrupt services, abuse monitoring features, infringe others' rights, or use Pulse unlawfully.
You retain your rights in information you provide and authorize Pulse and its providers to process it to deliver the features you select, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Your use of connected third-party services is also subject to their applicable terms.
Monitoring and AI results
Pulse provides monitoring and analytical information. Results may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of crawling restrictions, third-party services, technical failures, or AI limitations. Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, detection of every issue, search rankings, traffic, or business results.
Review AI-generated findings and recommendations before acting on them. You remain responsible for verifying changes and having rights to any content you use. To the extent permitted by law, Pulse is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
Your selected plan, billing interval, price, and allowances are shown in Pulse and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual interval until canceled. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Trial allowances and AI credits are subject to the limits displayed in the service; a trial without payment details does not itself authorize a charge.
Cancel renewal or manage your subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing through that period. Plan changes may create prorated charges or credits as displayed by Stripe. Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate requests.
No-refunds policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, renewals, AI add-ons, and AI credit purchases. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused credits. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next recurring charge.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or prevent correction of an erroneous charge. Contact support@mypulsemonitoring.com if you believe a charge is incorrect. Proration credits displayed during a plan change are handled according to the billing portal.
Service changes and account closure
We may update Pulse to maintain and improve it. Material changes to paid subscription pricing will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal so you can cancel. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address nonpayment, security risks, misuse, or legal requirements, with notice where reasonably practicable.
You may request account closure and deletion through support. After verifying the request and completing the applicable deletion process, we can provide written confirmation describing the records deleted and any necessary retention. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We will publish updates to these terms with a revised effective date and provide notice of material changes where required. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
